Service and Maintenance
We keep your solar system running
We watch your solar and battery system remotely, catch faults early and visit for scheduled service, under 1 to 5-year contracts with emergency response anywhere in Uganda.

We look after your system, so you can focus on your business.
A solar and battery system that nobody watches fails quietly. The inverter, the unit that turns solar and battery power into the power your building uses, trips and nobody notices, a row of panels underperforms for months, or a battery drifts out of balance. Under an O&M (operation and maintenance) contract we keep an eye on your system every day, because remote monitoring catches faults early and scheduled visits keep the hardware clean and healthy. If something breaks we come out fast, so your system keeps making the power it was built to make.
We keep your system running in four ways.
Service Level Agreements
A written contract sets response times according to how critical your equipment is, and you are never tied in beyond the term you choose.

A service level agreement (SLA) is a 1, 3 or 5-year contract that covers remote monitoring, scheduled visits and emergency response, matched to how critical your equipment is. Every contract puts the response times in writing, including a maximum of 48 hours for an emergency call-out anywhere in Uganda. You can renew at the end of the term, and you are never tied in beyond the period you chose.
- Response times fixed in writing
- Renewable, no long lock-in
- Cover matched to how critical your equipment is

Performance Monitoring
Every system we watch has a live dashboard that flags faults automatically, before they turn into a power problem.

Every system we monitor runs on an energy management system (EMS), which gives a live dashboard on computer or phone showing solar generation, battery charge, power use and the status of the grid or generator. Faults are flagged automatically, so nobody has to wait for a power problem to notice them. Larger sites also get SCADA, an industrial control system that adds full plant-level control and a record of how the plant has performed over time.
- Live generation, storage and load view
- Automatic fault flagging
- SCADA option for larger sites
Warranty & Repair Service
We handle manufacturer warranty claims and carry out the repair ourselves, so a failed part never becomes your problem to chase.

When an inverter, battery or other part of the system fails, we handle the manufacturer's warranty claim and repair it on site, so you are not left chasing anyone. We deal directly with Huawei, Deye, BYD and Dyness on claims and then carry out the repair ourselves. This is included in every O&M contract and is never sold as an extra.
- We chase the manufacturer for you
- On-site repair by our team
- Included in every contract
Performance Audit
We check any system against its original design and give you a report on what needs to be put right.

We give any system an independent health check against its original design and finish with a report that lists what needs fixing. It is useful for systems we did not install, or when you want a second opinion on how an existing service contract is performing. We check panel condition, inverter efficiency, battery health and the actual output against what the design predicted.
- Works on systems we did not build
- Measured against original design
- Corrective action report included
We catch problems before you feel them.
Most faults never reach you as a power cut. We see them on the dashboard, work out what they are, and act before production is affected.
We monitor
Every system under an O&M contract reports to our dashboard daily, so generation, storage and load are always in view.
We detect
Faults and underperformance are flagged automatically, long before they become an outage.
We respond
Scheduled visits keep hardware healthy, and emergencies get an on-site call-out within 48 hours.
Some of the projects we have delivered
Seven years, three systems, and a CT scanner at Naggalama
A hospital relationship that started with 12 kWp in 2019 now carries a CT scanner through grid interruptions. Here is what changed at each step, and why.

Next Media Park in Kampala has 86 kWp of PV and 96 kWh of storage. Broadcast runs 24 hours a day, which changes what a solar system has to be.

A battery on a weak Ugandan grid works harder than the same battery in a stable market. Chemistry choice follows from that, and so does service life.
