Hotels & Lodges
Guests never see the outage.
A dark corridor, a warm room or a silent kitchen spoils a guest’s stay, and a roaring generator spoils the rest. We design solar and battery systems that keep hotels and lodges running quietly through every grid cut and lower the electricity bill, and we look after them once they are running.

Your guests get quiet, reliable power around the clock.
Hospitality lives on guest experience, and nothing spoils it faster than power that comes and goes. Outages stop lifts, kitchens and air conditioning, spoil food and leave a diesel generator running through the night beside the rooms. A solar and battery system carries the guest-facing load silently through outages, and because hotels use most of their power while the sun is up, it also takes a large share off the electricity bill. The generator stays on site as deep backup only.

Hotels & Resorts
We carry the whole guest-facing load through outages, so the generator no longer runs all night.

Hotels and resorts carry heavy loads around the clock for kitchens, cooling, water heating and lifts. We size solar and battery to carry the guest-facing load through outages and bring down the daytime bill, with automatic switching between grid and generator so staff never have to handle a changeover. The Hursey Resort in Soroti used to lean heavily on its generator and now gives guests interruption-free power, with the generator as deep backup only.

- Automatic grid and generator switching
- Lower daytime electricity bill

Safari Lodges
Remote lodges that used to run entirely on diesel can now run through the whole day on solar.

Safari and eco lodges sit far from any strong grid and depend on generators through guest hours. We build solar and battery systems that run the lodge through the whole day, so guests get clean, quiet power and the generator drops to deep backup. In a lodge, silence matters as much as reliability. Acaki Lodge in Kitgum ran entirely on diesel and now runs on the sun, and at the Rukararwe cottages near Bushenyi no generator runs near the guests.
- Full-day autonomy on solar
- No generator noise near guests
- Built for off-grid and weak-grid sites

Restaurants
Kitchens and cold rooms work hardest during the day, which is exactly when solar produces most.

Restaurants run heavy cooking, refrigeration and cooling loads all day long. We size grid-tied systems (solar only) or hybrid systems (solar with battery) so the kitchen uses the solar power directly, which cuts the bill, and the battery protects the cold chain through outages. Yujo Izakaya in Kampala saves on its kitchen and cooling bill with 35 kWp on the roof.

- Refrigeration protected

Malls & Retail
One set of solar systems can serve a whole complex of hotel, restaurant and shops.

Malls and mixed-use complexes carry many tenant loads side by side on shared metering. We design a coordinated set of systems for the whole property, so the power is used directly on site, with battery backup on the cold-chain circuits where it matters. At Quality Hill in Kampala, 95 kWp serves a hotel, restaurant and supermarket, and at Total Bunamwaya a 100 kWh battery keeps the supermarket refrigeration running.
- Coordinated across tenants
- Cold-chain circuits backed up
- Savings on shared metering

Why we specify LFP over NMC on weak grids
A battery on a weak Ugandan grid works harder than the same battery in a stable market. Chemistry choice follows from that, and so does service life.

Uganda has no net metering for commercial and industrial users. That single fact shapes how every grid-tied system on this site gets sized.
