Hospitals & Clinics
When the grid fails, the theatre cannot.
An outage during surgery, a warm vaccine fridge or a dark ward puts patients at risk. We design solar and battery systems that carry your critical loads through any grid failure, switching over so fast that the equipment never notices, and we stay accountable long after handover.

Critical care needs power without a single gap.
Theatres, ICUs and the vaccine cold chain cannot tolerate even a short gap. Grid outages interrupt surgery, shut down incubators and spoil vaccines, while the diesel generator brings cost, noise and fumes close to the wards. We put your critical loads on their own protected circuits, fed by solar and battery, so they ride through any outage, and we keep the generator as a documented last resort. It is the same engineering we bring to our health work with UNICEF and the Ministry of Health, applied to your facility.

Hospitals
In a large hospital, theatres, imaging and refrigeration cannot lose supply for even a second.

Referral and specialist hospitals run many high-demand loads that fail hard when the grid drops. We put the critical circuits on solar and battery with automatic handover to the generator, so surgery, imaging and the cold chain keep running. At Corsu Rehabilitation Hospital in Kisubi, surgery and imaging now run without a flicker. We have powered hospitals across Uganda since 2019, from Corsu to Lubaga and Naggalama.
- No gap in power for critical loads
- Automatic generator handover in long outages

Health Centres & Clinics
A small clinic gets the same reliability as a hospital, sized to its budget and to a weak rural grid.

Smaller facilities still need dependable power for the cold chain, lighting and basic diagnostics, often on the weakest grids in the country. We build compact solar and battery systems that cover the essential clinical loads to the same standard as our larger hospitals, at a small-facility cost. Lamu Medical Centre, for example, keeps its cold chain and lighting running through outages on 7 kWp of solar and 25 kWh of battery.
- Cold chain and lighting protected
- Compact, right-sized systems
- Built for weak-grid sites

Donor Health Programmes
We deliver health programmes across many sites to donor standards, with documentation that funders accept.

Public and donor-funded health programmes need the same design standard at every site, measurable results and documentation a funder can rely on. Our largest programme, with UNICEF and the Ministry of Health, brings solar power to 250 rural health centres. We deliver it with regional subcontractors to strict programme standards, from installation through operation and maintenance (O&M).
- The same standard at every site
- Documentation funders accept
- Installation through long-term maintenance

Seven years, three systems, and a CT scanner at Naggalama
A hospital relationship that started with 12 kWp in 2019 now carries a CT scanner through grid interruptions. Here is what changed at each step, and why.

A battery on a weak Ugandan grid works harder than the same battery in a stable market. Chemistry choice follows from that, and so does service life.

Uganda has no net metering for commercial and industrial users. That single fact shapes how every grid-tied system on this site gets sized.
